Starts, shrubs and fruit trees,in downtown Evanston.

From an empty lot to a garden.

Conrad and Jessica Osborne moved their nursery from out of town to downtown Evanston in 2023, creating a beautiful environment in what was once an empty lot.

The nursery employs up to 10 students each growing season. Conrad, who has a bachelor’s degree in horticulture, trains them, and many return the following season.
